How does ordering actually work?+
Pick a product and size on the site, add it to your cart, fill in your name, phone, and address, then send your order via WhatsApp or Instagram. We confirm availability and sort out delivery from there.
What's the difference between the WhatsApp and Instagram order buttons?+
WhatsApp opens with your order already typed out, ready to send. Instagram doesn't support that — instead, we copy your order details for you, and you just paste them into the DM that opens.
How much does delivery cost?+
Delivery within Kosovo is €2.50, and outside Kosovo / the wider region is €5.50. Both are added automatically at checkout based on what you select.
Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?+
Yes — you can pick up in person at Beqir Kastrati, Prishtinë 10000. Just let us know when we confirm your order.
How do I pay?+
Payment is arranged directly with us on WhatsApp or Instagram once your order is confirmed.
Can I return or exchange something?+
Yes — message us about your order and we'll sort out a return or exchange. Once we process a return on our end, that item's stock is automatically restored.
